Colonial Williamsburg Renovation and Expansion
Our work at The Lodge at Colonial Williamsburg is unusual in that it includes many different areas of expertise: historic restoration of the original Lodge building, renovation of the South and Tazewell guestroom wings, new construction of 128 units in four guesthouses, and approximately 100,000 square feet of new conferencing, restaurant, and bar facilities. To add complexity to this challenge, the work was phased to allow for a minimum of 200 keys to be available during all phases of construction. Additionally, a detailed review by the National Architectural Review Board was required for approval of all new buildings located within this historic landmark destination. The total project includes 430 units, 323 keys.
