C+TC Design Studio revitalized the existing hotel with a new identity by transforming public spaces and converting underutilized areas. The restaurant, relocated near the front desk, features bamboo flooring and neutral walls, with red and chartreuse accents in the lighting and fabrics. The new lobby bar encompasses a former retail space with concrete counters, porcelain flooring that resembles stained concrete, contemporary light fixtures, bar stools, and flat screen televisions. On the third floor, a new 8,200-square-foot ballroom once housed the restaurant and kitchen. In addition, an executive office relocation creates space for a stunning new 280-square-foot boardroom. The overall look is modern and inviting, accented by the warmth of wood details throughout.
