Originally designed as a major health insurance headquarters, the property has been transformed into an upscale hotel with 236 guestrooms, 25 suites, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, lobby bar, marketplace, and more. The addition of a wing provided space for a ballroom and a rooftop pool deck with cabanas and suite terraces. The hotel reflects on its geographical location and riverfront access with rich earth tones and patterns that celebrate the local terrain. The massive columns from the original building were used to create and define spaces without traditional walls, leaving many open and free-flowing areas, such as the lobby, lobby bar, and marketplace. Many spaces blend interior and exterior with full-height operable partitions opening onto outdoor terraces to capitalize on the temperate climate. The 10th-floor bar and terrace offer breathtaking sunset views of the mountains.
